To get a job, internship, apprenticeship or university/college placement, most organisations will expect evidence of employability skills, soft skills, competencies as well as your technical knowledge.

You cannot underestimate how important having evidence of these skills will be, people are declined during recruitment processes because they do not have the required evidence.
